We booked property 51 through booking.com!
We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better place to relax. The place was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was well-equipped (including a microwave and an air fryer!), beautifully maintained and in a great location, with ASDA, Home Bargains, KFC, McDonald's and other handy shops and restaurants just nearby making it really convenient to grab something and also making it really easy to explore Arbroath. The caravan also included free WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and other streaming services. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and communication was excellent from start to finish. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this caravan home. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

Just stayed hear a couple nights with our tourer, had read some bad reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect but some people expect a lot more than reality. We loved this place, check in was friendly and quick, the touring area is just grass and may be quite muddy in wet weather but we had lovely weather and no issues. Bingo was on and evening entertainment both nights we stayed, bar well stocked.|Just across the road there is a massive park and skate park, also a lovely walk along the beach into the fishing area of Arbroath with little sweet shops, coffee shops etc on the way|We also visited Pleasureland which easily spend an afternoon within|Great stay and will be back….soon

Fabulous caravan site ,staff were really lovely and helpful. The caravan was amazing, clean to a high standard ,very modern. The site facilities were very good on site and off site. Short walk into town of Arbroath beautiful parks and lovely fishing harbour. Lots to see and do.

Nothing against the caravan park but 2 paticular staff members at the swimming pool have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

A child had been sick in the pool. I asked the woman working what happened, and she reluctantly told me that the child had been sick. When I asked why hasn't anyone been told to leave the pool, she replied, "It wasn't that bad." I'm so appalled that the rest of the swimmers were allowed to continue swimming while one of the life guards dived in the pool trying to scoop up the pieces. I will never return to this disgusting establishment. It's not the fault of the child. These things happen. it's the way it was dealt with.

I have edited my review to 5 stars as the pool is no longer open, and I don't want my star rating to affect the actual caravan park, which is lovely. I have previously taken my son and his friends down to the entertainment here, and even as locals not staying in the park, they welcomed us, and the kids had an amazing time.

Customer service was fantastic here in both the reception and the bar. Has an Amusement and a pool table room which u have to be over 14 to use and accompanied by an adult which i didn't realise and my sons 13 😔 also doesnt have a fitness room or pool anymore (just to say)
The site itself is a great spot to pitch up due to the prime location in Arbroath. It offers many things for families including a large park with crazy golf and go carts (junior) a cinema, jumping joeys (large soft play area upto age 12) and pleasureland which offers dodgems, waltzers and many other fun things.
Arbroath also hosts many options for couples or adults of any ages including Arbroath FC, Tutties Neuk (Amazing food and outstanding Customer service) Cinema and a wee bit further along there is the harbour, many eating places like Auld Brewhouse (Highly Recommend) pubs and the Webster theatre.
Its definitely a good spot as has everything close by and to top it off if ur partial to eyeing up the odd train 🚆 it has the perfect spot! I enjoyed capturing the Caledonian sleeper in all it's glory as the sun was just rising!

Great holiday caravan cold in morning and thru the nite but weather was colder than usual time of the year, tho the things were out of season plenty to do with my grandson who is four he loved pleasure land the soft play and beach and park, we had great fun, took a run to beside Dundee went shopping at the retail park and the big innoflate, also mcdonalds near by and super chinese who deliver and of course arbroath smokies vacuum packed to take home

Great caravan park. Has an area for tents and tourers too. Clean and friendly place to go. Beach and town is near by and has a club house. Amusements and places to eat out and in.
